Villa Carmel is built above Parikia in Taxiarchis area. As it is situated on the hill, you can imagine how extraordinary the view is. You should also know that sunset view from Villa Caramel is memorable and it will be the highlight of your stay. This property can accommodate 10 guests in its 3 levels. It covers 300 square meters and you will feel comfort here. Swimming in the infinity pool is extra pleasant with Parikia below you.

In 5 minutes away from Villa Carmel you will reach the capital of Paros with its many taverns, restaurants and bars. Famous beaches like Martselo, Livadia and Parasporos are easily reachable in less than 15 minutes.    

The Villa

Villa Carmel is a comfortable house consisting of 3 levels. The ground level, also where the pool is located, consists of 3 bedrooms used by guests and of one utility room. First of all, there is a master bedroom here. It features its own en-suite bathroom and a double bed. The remaining two bedrooms on this level share one bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a queen size double bed and the other a regular double bed. Additionally on the ground level you will find a guest houses. It is an independent accommodation covering 50 sq.m. It features a private entrance, a living area with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed.

The first level of Villa Carmel features a living area. Here, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast, cooking dinner etc. Of course, there is also a dining table, built-in sofas with coffee tables, a TV and all the necessary comforts. The treat here is the interior design. Wooden floor and stone walls will indicate that you are in Paros yet, there is a combination of luxury as well. On this level, which also has its private entrance, there is an exterior dining area with breath-taking view as well.    

Like in almost every luxurious villa of our collection, the last level (the second) of Villa Carmel consists of a master bedroom. There is en-suite bathroom, a double bed and a veranda with outdoor furniture. The view from this spot will stay with you for many years.

Outdoor Area

The best aspect of the outdoor area is the large pool. This will probably be the highlight of your stay in Villa Anna-Marie. Around the pool there are sunbeds, umbrellas, as well as grass for your children to play. Villa Anna-Marie features pool toys for children as well. You can take advantage of BBQ facility and enjoy your meal in the outdoor dining area with sea view. On the back side of the building there is also an interesting garden. It features olive trees, palm trees and flowers. This is also where the parking is.
